• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and maintain call quality

• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

• Update call details and maintain records in the system

• Achieve productivity, quality, and performance targets

• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction on every call

• Support team operations and assist new joiners (for experienced candidates)
