We are looking for a Voice & Non-Voice Customer Support Executive to join our team at Healthmug Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, phone, and app
• Resolve order, payment, and return-related issues
• Guide new users through onboarding and product features
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
• Update and manage FAQs and help content
• Gather and manage customer feedback and reviews
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer or Technical Support
Strong communication in English
• Familiar with Zoho Desk or similar tools
• Ability to explain s oftware/app features clearly
Experience with SaaS or payment platforms (IS A PLUS)
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
