Job Summary

We are looking for a Visa & Holidays Executive who can independently handle visa processing, holiday package sales, client coordination, and end-to-end travel arrangements. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good destination knowledge, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete visa processing, including documentation, application submission, follow-ups, and status tracking.

• Process GCC visas, tourist visas, e-visas, and other international visas.

• Check client documents and ensure all visa requirements are properly fulfilled.

• Prepare customized domestic and international holiday packages.

• Handle flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel arrangements.

• Generate quotations and negotiate with clients to close sales.

• Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing customers.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, suppliers, visa partners, and other travel vendors.

• Maintain proper customer records, booking details, and visa documentation.

• Provide regular daily and monthly sales/visa reports.

• Handle customer queries and provide professional pre- and post-sales support.

• Ensure timely follow-up for payments, documents, confirmations, and travel requirements.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Visa Processing, Holiday Sales, Travel Operations, or Tourism.

• Good knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.

• Practical knowledge of visa documentation and procedures.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Good computer and email skills.

• Knowledge of GDS/ticketing will be an added advantage.

• Experience with GCC visas and international holidays will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month
