Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Visa Counselor to assist clients in navigating the visa application process for various countries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate visa advice, managing documentation, and ensuring timely processing while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role is critical in helping students, tourists, or skilled professionals realize their travel or immigration goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end guidance and counseling to clients regarding visa requirements and procedures for various countries (e.g. Australia, Schengen, etc.)

• Assist clients in completing visa application forms and compiling supporting documents.

• Stay updated with the latest visa rules, immigration laws, and embassy regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of applications & client interactions.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person meetings.

• Follow up on pending cases and keep clients informed on the status of their applications.

• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing personalized and timely service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12th/Graduation in any discipline.

• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Visa Counselor, Immigration Consultant, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of visa procedures and documentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client documentation.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
