We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the visa application process. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, assess client profiles, and help them choose the best immigration or study/work visa options.

1 Counsel clients regarding visa options (study, work, tourist, PR, etc.)

2 Understand client requirements and suggest suitable countries and visa categories

3 Assist in documentation and application preparation

4 Provide up-to-date information about visa rules, regulations, and requirements

5 Maintain client records and follow up on applications

6 Coordinate with embassies, agents, and internal teams

7 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service

8 Handle queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
