Job Overview

We are hiring Virtual Sales Executives/Telesales professionals responsible for selling loan

products and driving revenue through outbound/inbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle telesales activities for loan products

Connect with potential customers and explain product offerings

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records and follow-ups

Compensation

Freshers: ₹17,500 (Take Home) | CTC: ₹21,500

Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home, based on last drawn salary)

Incentives: ₹5,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers: Graduate

Experienced Candidates: HSC / 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience Required

6 months to 2 years in Telesales
