Designation: Anchor Relationship Manager

Role: Business Development/ Corporate Clients onboarding

Required Experience: 1+ Years (Voice Process)

Language Preference: English, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati

Location: Andheri, Mumbai- Corporate Head Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development and Corporate Client Onboarding.

• Conduct utilization calls to monitor and optimize clients' use of financial facilities in supply chain finance.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and challenges.

• Advise clients on best practices for utilizing financial resources and optimizing working capital.

• Analyze utilization data and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth financial service utilization.

• Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions, and metrics for tracking and reporting.

• Contact customers early in payment collection to resolve outstanding invoices promptly.

• Address payment discrepancies and secure timely payments in collaboration with customers.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and collection efforts.

• Coordinate with internal teams to improve early bucket collection strategies and financial performance.
