Verification Executive

We are looking for a Verification Executive to join our team at at Ara Herbal. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹16000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customer to verify sales details such as product, pricing, offers and payment mode.

• Confirm customer identity, contact details, and address.

• Ensure the customer has clearly understood the product or service.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Check for any mis-selling, incorrect commitments, or false promises by the sales team.

• Approve or reject orders based on verification guidelines.

• Report discrepancies or suspicious cases to the Team leader or quality team.

• Maintain daily call and verification reports.

• Coordinate with sales and operation teams for smooth order processing.

• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
