Position: US Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative
Experience: 1–4 Years
Shift: US Night Shift

Job Summary

Suma Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic US Sales Representative to generate business opportunities by handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound prospecting for IT services including Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Applications, ERP Solutions, SEO, PPC, SMO, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales inquiries from US clients.
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, text and chats.
Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
Prepare proposals and quotations.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
