We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Executive to manage flight booking and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline fare structures, ticketing systems, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings (individual & group travel).
Coordinate with airline group desks for special fares and negotiations.
Create and manage PNRs, issue tickets, reissue, cancel, and process refunds.
Provide accurate fare quotations and explain fare rules to clients.
Assist clients with visa documentation requirements (basic guidance).
Manage hotel bookings, transfers, and travel insurance if required.
Handle schedule changes, rescheduling, and operational issues.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients for payments and confirmations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain proper records of bookings, invoices, and transactions.
Required Skills
Understanding of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and urgent travel requests.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred).
1–3 years of experience in travel agency or airline ticketing.
Freshers with relevant training may also apply.
Preferred Experience
Experience in group ticketing.
Handling corporate travel accounts.
International routing knowledge.
Work Environment
Office-based role.
May require flexibility during peak travel seasons.
