Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound travel enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
Sell domestic & international tour packages
Customize itineraries as per client requirement
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with operations team for booking execution
Maintain client database and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service before & after sales

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic knowledge of travel destinations
Convincing & negotiation skills
Ability to work under targets
Familiar with WhatsApp, Email & CRM tools
MS Excel & basic computer knowledge

Preferred Candidates:

Experience in travel/tour sales preferred
Freshers with good communication can apply
Female candidates preferred (optional – remove if not needed)
