Travel Sales Executive

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive with hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS. The candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international flight bookings, fare calculations, ticket issuance, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight bookings (domestic & international) using Amadeus GDS

• Manage PNR creation, modification

• Provide best available fares and routing options to clients

• Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests

• Ensure timely delivery of tickets and travel documents

• Handle customer queries via phone/email professionally

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions

• Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and industry updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (mandatory)

• Knowledge of international and domestic ticketing procedures

• Understanding of fare construction and ticketing rules

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
