• Handle domestic & international tour package sales (B2C).

• Manage travel inquiries, quotations, and itinerary planning.

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and offer suitable holiday packages.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective inside sales techniques.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, hotels, and tour packages.

• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-ups for repeat business.
