Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Discussing preferences, budgets, and travel styles (leisure, business, group).Booking & Planning: Arranging flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities using booking systems.Itinerary Creation: Developing detailed, personalized day-by-day plans.Sales & Marketing: Promoting travel packages, meeting sales goals, and selling insurance.Customer Support: Handling modifications, cancellations, complaints, and emergencies.Knowledge Management: Staying current on destinations, cultures, visa rules, and travel trends.Vendor Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Essential Skills & Requirements:Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client and vendor interaction.Sales & Negotiation: Ability to sell services and secure best deals.Organization & Time Management: Handling multiple bookings and deadlines.Destination Knowledge: Familiarity with domestic and international destinations.Technical Skills: Proficiency with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Sabre is a plus.Customer Focus: A customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
