Travel Sales Executive

The role involves handling customer enquiries for holiday packages, understanding their travel requirements, preparing suitable itineraries/quotations, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email and online leads

• Understand customer requirements such as destination, travel dates, number of travellers, budget and hotel preference

• Suggest suitable holiday packages and itineraries based on customer requirements

• Prepare and share quotations with customers

• Regularly follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings

• Explain package inclusions, hotels, transportation, sightseeing and other travel arrangements clearly

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed bookings

• Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation

• Build good customer relationships and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Confident in speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp

• Good sales and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge and comfortable working with email, WhatsApp and online systems

• Ability to understand customer requirements and follow up consistently

• Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales and travel

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in travel sales, holiday packages, tour operations, telesales or customer sales will be preferred

• Candidates with knowledge of domestic holiday destinations will have an advantage

• Freshers with good communication and sales ability may also apply

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
