Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Present and promote travel packages, products, and services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and travel partners.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized travel proposals or quotations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and destination updates.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and revenue progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management).
Experience: 1–3 years in Travel & Tourism, Sales, or Business Development (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
Good knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and itinerary planning will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales goals.
