Travel Sales Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our team. The role involves designing customized travel itineraries, handling bookings, assisting clients with visa and documentation, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages (domestic & international).
• Prepare and present customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals.
• Manage flight, hotel, transport, and activity bookings efficiently.
• Handle visa processes, travel insurance, and other documentation support.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt assistance.
• Stay updated with travel trends, airline rules, and destination knowledge.

Skills & Requirements:

For Freshers:
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in travel and tourism industry.

For Experienced Candidates:
• Experience in travel consulting, customer service & sales.
• Ability to handle end-to-end travel planning independently.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
