Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about destinations, packages, and services.
Design customized itineraries and prepare quotations as per client requirements.
Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing, and other travel-related services.
Negotiate and liaise with hotels, transporters, and service providers for best rates and quality service.
Manage group tours, FITs (Free Independent Travelers), and corporate travel bookings.
Maintain records of client interactions, bookings, and payments in CRM systems.
Assist in visa processing, travel insurance, and other documentation support.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients before, during, and after the trip to provide high-quality service.
Handle complaints or service issues promptly and effectively.
Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language).
Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software/CRMs.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
Sales skills with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the Tours & Travel industry.
Freshers with good communication and passion for travel may also be considered.
