We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Sales Consultants to join our team in Okhla, New Delhi.

We have openings for candidates handling Sri Lanka, Maldives and Dubai destinations.

We are hiring candidates for the following profiles:

•• 1. Fresher – for Sri Lanka & Maldives•destination .•

• Open to freshers who have a strong interest in the travel industry.

• •Candidates should have Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Travel & Tourism / Tourism Management

• Candidates should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn international destination sales.

•••2. Experienced – for Dubai destination•

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

Candidates must have •at least 2 years of hands-on experience handling the Dubai destination.••

• Strong knowledge of Dubai hotels, sightseeing, tours, transfers, activities and holiday packages is required.

• B2B travel sales experience will be preferred.

### Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel inquiries and recommend suitable holiday packages based on client requirements.

• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and travel proposals.

Handle international holiday packages including •Sri Lanka, Maldives and Dubai••.

• Handle hotels, tours, sightseeing, transfers, cruises and other travel services.

• Understand client budgets and requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.

• Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Handle •B2B travel agents and client inquiries•• professionally.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and clients.

• Negotiate with clients and close sales effectively.

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.

• Handle changes, special requests and client requirements.

• Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, follow-ups and bookings.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Stay updated on destination information, hotels, attractions, activities, promotions and new travel products.

### Work Timings

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Sunday: Fixed Off
