Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Travel Sales Executive who can promote and sell domestic travel packages, weekend trips, and group tours. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads, guiding customers about travel packages, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Promote and sell domestic travel packages, weekend getaways, and group trips.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining itineraries, pricing, and trip details.
Assist customers in selecting suitable travel packages based on their requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the operations team for bookings, trip confirmations, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Maintain customer data and update booking records in CRM or internal systems.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Good knowledge of domestic travel destinations and packages.
Ability to convert inquiries into sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or any relevant field.
Previous experience in travel sales, tour packages, or hospitality sales is preferred.
