Key Responsibilities:


Handle travel and holiday inquiries through calls, email, and online leads.
Meet clients personally to understand their travel plans, preferences, and requirements.
Suggest and customize suitable travel packages and itineraries.
Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, negotiate, and close sales.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel vendors for bookings.
Maintain customer records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
