Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.

• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.

• Maintain relationships with travel partners such as hotels, airlines, and local tour operators.

• Manage visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation requirements.

• Provide accurate information on travel destinations, weather, customs, and travel advisories.

• Resolve client issues and ensure smooth travel experiences.

• Achieve sales targets and promote company travel packages and deals.

• Keep up to date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
