Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team at Nexus Globe. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of visa and immigration processes, and the ability to guide clients through their visa application journey.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding visa options, immigration processes, and eligibility criteria.
Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable visa programs.
Provide accurate information about visa documentation, application procedures, and processing timelines.
Help clients collect, verify, and prepare required documents.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Handle client queries professionally and build strong client relationships.
Maintain client records and update application status.
Coordinate with the internal processing team to ensure smooth case handling.
Achieve assigned counselling and sales targets, where applicable.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of visa and immigration procedures.
Ability to handle clients professionally and work in a target-oriented environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Previous experience in immigration, visa counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
