Travel Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all guest transportation requests including airport transfers, local travel, and sightseeing arrangements.

• Coordinate with front office, concierge, and reservations teams to anticipate guest transportation needs.

• Maintain an updated schedule of all car movements and driver assignments.

• Supervise the fleet of hotel vehicles and ensure they are well-maintained, clean, and in proper working condition.

• Handle VIP and group movements efficiently with attention to detail and discretion.

• Maintain accurate records of guest transfers and daily reports for management review.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
