We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage travel bookings, handle client queries, and provide seamless reservation support.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of travel platforms, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms regarding travel packages, hotel bookings, flights, and tours.
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation systems and internal tools.
• Provide clients with complete information about destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams to confirm bookings.
• Maintain updated records of all reservations, cancellations, and amendments.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding booking confirmations, changes, or special requests.
• Assist in upselling travel services (upgrades, add-on packages, insurance, etc.).
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
• Support the sales and operations team with travel arrangements and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in travel reservations, ticketing, or a customer service role in the tourism industry.
• Proficiency in reservation/ticketing systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
