As a Travel Executive at our travel agency - Volant Holidays (volantholiday.com) , you will be responsible for promoting and selling domestic and international holiday packages to potential customers. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and personalized travel solutions to clients, ensuring their travel experiences meet and exceed their expectations. With a focus on sales and customer satisfaction, you will play a key role in helping individuals and groups plan their dream vacations.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets. Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages tailored to their requirements. Present the features and benefits of various packages and upsell additional services when appropriate.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and services offered. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the holiday packages available, including inclusions, exclusions, travel itineraries, and pricing.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Follow up with potential customers to close sales and provide support throughout the booking process. Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various communication channels.
4. Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries for clients, considering their preferences for accommodations, activities, and transportation.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including travel agents, tour operators, and suppliers, to ensure smooth travel arrangements and seamless customer experiences.
6. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the agency's overall growth and success.
7. Travel Industry Regulations: Stay informed about travel industry regulations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and health and safety guidelines to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
8. Marketing and Promotion: Assist in marketing initiatives to promote holiday packages and attract potential customers. Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and expand the agency's clientele.
9. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve services and offerings. Address any complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications and Requirement
Only from travel domin experienced people
preferred Female Candidate
2 to 3 years of experience in travel sales or travel Domin .
Proficient in using booking software and travel reservation systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Passionate about travel and knowledgeable about various destinations.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Result-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the agency's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Handling holiday package inquiries to conclusions from walk-in, corporate clients and online channels. Log in inquiries for follow-through conclusion
Converting enquiries to bookings to achieve monthly & yearly sales target on Holidays packages.
To do tele sales on holiday packages.
Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company’s brochures & destinations.
To promote special IT & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits.
To participate in trade expos/exhibitions/brochure launches or any other promotional event conducted by tourism board.
To comply with Holidays division regulations while constructing the package.
To use only company approved suppliers/vendors.
Key Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline (preferably Travel & Tourism / Hospitality).
· 0–3 years of experience in travel sales / BPO sales process. (Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills are welcome.)
· Excellent spoken English, Hindi & Bengali (additional languages will be an advantage.)
· Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Basic computer proficiency;
· Comfortable working in Day shifts.
