We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team at Umber Holidays. The role focuses on assisting clients with their travel needs, promoting travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The position offers in-hand salary with incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to clients

• Understand travel requirements (flights, hotels, holiday packages)

• Share travel options, quotes, and promotions with clients

• Follow up on leads provided by the company

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings

• Maintain call records and client details

• Coordinate with hotels/suppliers for confirmations

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer support

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Confidence in handling phone calls & clients

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, email)

• Sales mindset with strong follow-up skills

• Travel or BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
