Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, handling customer inquiries, and providing tailored travel solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, creating customized itineraries, processing bookings, and offering travel guidance to customers. The executive will also handle administrative duties related to travel arrangements.
Qualifications
Sales and customer service experience
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
Ability to create customized travel itineraries
Proficiency in booking systems and travel software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or a related field
