Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant at Trip n Roll Travels, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating all aspects of our travel services, including flight tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, and visa assistance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about travel, customer service, and the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flight Ticket Booking: Assist clients with booking domestic and international flights, ensuring the best deals and routes.

• Hotel Reservations: Recommend and book hotels based on client preferences, budget, and location.

• Tour Packages: Provide expert advice on tailored tour packages, including group tours, luxury holidays, and adventure trips.

• Visa Assistance: Offer support with visa application procedures, documentation, and timely processing.

• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout their journey, ensuring all their needs are met.

• Customer Support: Address any issues, concerns, or queries from clients before, during, and after their trip.

• Sales & Upselling: Promote special deals, exclusive packages, and additional services to enhance the client’s experience.

• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage booking systems, and ensure smooth service delivery.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
