Job Responsibility
Advise clients on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
Create customized travel plans based on client preferences, budget, and requirements.
Book and arrange flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities for clients.
Provide detailed information on visa requirements, local attractions, and travel safety.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues or concerns.
Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and additional services to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, destination knowledge, and travel promotions.
Maintain relationships with suppliers like airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
Ensure the smooth execution of client travel by coordinating all aspects of the trip.
Follow up with clients post-travel for feedback and future booking opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years in sales or customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet targets and upsell travel products.
Proficient in booking systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory
