We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive with strong tele calling, tele sales and communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess a passion for customer service, and a basic understanding of travel industry practices. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively call and convert leads into bookings
Sell domestic and international travel packages
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages
Provide detailed information on destinations, packages, etc.
Maintain booking records and follow up with clients
Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Telecalling/telesales ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Willingness to learn about destinations and tourism
Experience with travel packages & itinerary planning
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
Previous experience in the travel industry
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Tour and Tourism or related field
Ability to start immediately
Minimum 1 year of telesales and telecalling experience
