Travel Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive with strong tele calling, tele sales and communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess a passion for customer service, and a basic understanding of travel industry practices. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call and convert leads into bookings

• Sell domestic and international travel packages

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages

• Provide detailed information on destinations, packages, etc.

• Maintain booking records and follow up with clients

• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Telecalling/telesales ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

• Willingness to learn about destinations and tourism

• Experience with travel packages & itinerary planning

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in the travel industry

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Tour and Tourism or related field

• Ability to start immediately

• Minimum 1 year of telesales and telecalling experience
