Travel Consultant

We have a vacancy and are seeking a female Office Coordinator to join our team at Sky-sketch India Group. This role involves accurately and efficiently managing and updating information, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers a salary of 10,000 - 11,000 Rs. (depending on your product knowledge and experience) along with growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is an Arts Graduate with Geography or a degree /diploma in Travel and Hospitality Management, which is preferred. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to working evening shifts.

You will be trained to provide exceptional travel advice and support to our clients. You will learn to create personalised travel itineraries, assist with booking accommodations, flights, and transportation, and ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers. This role demands a passion for travel and customer service, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a fresher in our industry, you will receive a starting salary of 10,000 per month for the first 3 months of a provisional period. After that, depending on your performance, we will increase your salary by Rs. 1,000, making it 11K per month. Post-confirmation, your salary will be finalised. There is also provision for a pay increase during the provisional period for outstanding performance. Also, after you confirm, you will have options for performance-based bonuses linked to your monthly sales productivity.

Sales do not refer to door-to-door sales. Usually, we receive business from our existing client base and through online promotions on various social media platforms and websites. If you can generate business independently, incentives will be provided.

We are located in Esplanade and Sector 2, Salt Lake, and our office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.•
