Travel Consultant

We are looking for a Visa Consultant (Intern / Fresher) to join our team at Shivansh Consultants. This role involves assisting clients with visa documentation and applications, providing guidance on immigration processes, and supporting our consultants across countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Schengen nations. The role offers hands-on industry experience, learning opportunities, and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa documentation and application processes.

• Guide clients on immigration procedures and answer their queries professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

• Work collaboratively with senior consultants to resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance targets, including timely processing and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Student / Graduate (Freshers welcome)

• Experience Range: 0–1 year

• Candidates must be open to working Monday to Friday during 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM shift.

• Good communication skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with Freshers.
