Location: Delhi (East Delhi preferred)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand, based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our travel company. The candidate will be responsible for planning customized travel itineraries, coordinating with clients, updating details in CRM, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing domestic and international travel itineraries as per client requirements

• Handling client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Coordinating with customers and understanding their travel needs

• Making bookings for hotels, flights, cabs, and sightseeing

• Updating all client details, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM software

• Sharing quotations and following up for confirmations

• Coordinating with vendors, hotels, and transport partners

• Providing pre-trip and post-trip assistance to clients

• Maintaining proper documentation and records of bookings

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and itineraries

• Ability to handle multiple clients at the same time

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)

• Customer-handling and sales coordination skills

• Freshers from Travel & Tourism institutes are welcome

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates residing in East Delhi will be preferred

• Experience in a travel agency or tour company is a plus

• Passion for travel and customer service

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
