Position: Travel Sales Manager
Location: Delhi (Rajendra Place)

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Travel Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in domestic and international travel packages, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of customer conversion in the travel industry.
Lead and manage the travel sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Develop, price, and sell domestic & international tour packages
Handle high-value customer inquiries and close complex bookings
Monitor daily sales performance, conversions, and follow-ups
Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives for consistent performance
Coordinate with operations, vendors, hotels, airlines, and DMCs
Maintain CRM updates, lead tracking, and sales reports
Design and implement sales strategies to improve conversion ratios
Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to post-trip support
Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
Strong knowledge of Indian & International destinations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Hands-on experience with CRM systems & lead management
Ability to manage targets, pressure, and fast-paced environments
Leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
Good understanding of costing, margins, and supplier negotiations
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field
5–10 years of proven experience in travel sales or travel management
Experience in B2C travel sales (holiday packages, FIT/GIT)
Exposure to online travel portals, WhatsApp sales, and digital leads
