About your role:
We’re expanding our team and looking for a dynamic individual who can contribute to the growth of Waari with their expertise in sales, negotiation and excellent communication by taking up the role of a Travel Consultant – Tailor-made Journeys. With your skills you must be able to convince the clients to book our tour packages and upsell some of our other tourism products. This is a heavily incentivised role, where you will be rewarded and incentivised for all the bookings and other tourism products that you will sell.
What you will be doing:
Attending calls from clients
Understanding client’s requirement and suggesting them right tour package
E-Mailing service providers for Hotels and Vehicles quotation
Curating customised tour plan for clients according to their requirement
Managing hotel bookings, flight bookings and cab bookings for client
Maintaining client’s enquiry data
Doing follow-up calls
Convincing clients and Closing sales
What we need from you:
Key skills: Communication, negotiation, convincing power and multi-tasking
Quick learner will be preferred
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Travel & Tourism and related feilds
Experience: 2-5 years in Tourism
Work hours: 10:30 am – 07:00 pm
Destination Knowledge: India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Middle East, South East Asia, Far East
