The Travel Executive is responsible for managing travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for clients or employees. They coordinate all aspects of travel, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience while adhering to budgetary constraints and company policies. The Travel Executive must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities to meet the diverse needs of travelers.
1. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
2. Itinerary Planning: Develop comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to the preferences and requirements of clients or employees.
3. Budget Management: Evaluate travel options to optimize costs while meeting client preferences and company policies.
4. Booking Management: Secure reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
5. Travel Documentation: Assist with obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.
6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance before, during, and after travel.
7. Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure smooth travel operations and address any concerns.
8. Destination Knowledge: Stay informed about travel destinations, attractions, and local customs to provide recommendations and enhance the travel experience.
9. Travel Reporting: Generate reports on travel expenses, trends, and patterns to support decision-making and budget planning.
Requirements:
• 6month to 1year Experience in US Travel Sales Profile is a MUST.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹25k to 60k
Schedule: Night shift, Rotational shift
Location: Noida (onsite )
