Job Description

Position: VISA & HOLIDAY PACKAGE
Company: JB TRAVELS & TOURS

Key Responsibilities:

Sell international group tour packages through online and digital channels.
Understand customer travel requirements and design customized holiday packages accordingly.
Handle client follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ensure accurate documentation and coordination for confirmed bookings.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Good understanding of international travel products and destinations.

Experience & Qualification:

Prior experience in travel sales or holiday packages preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism background is an advantage).
