We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Leisure Travel Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, building and mentoring the team, developing travel products/packages, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role demands strong leadership, sales acumen, and deep knowledge of the leisure travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the leisure branch.
Lead, manage, and mentor the leisure sales and operations team.
Drive business growth through the sale of domestic and international holiday packages, cruises, group tours, and customized travel solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual branch sales targets and profitability goals.
Develop new leisure travel products and offerings tailored to various customer segments (families, HNIs, ladies groups, senior citizens, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers (hotels, DMCs, cruise lines, airlines).
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high service quality and customer retention.
Collaborate with marketing team to drive local campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and suggest innovations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, travel laws, and regulations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of leisure travel products, destinations, and supplier network.

Proficient in travel CRM tools and booking platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
