Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for travel and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience to build a career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to travel packages
• Promote and sell domestic and international travel plans to potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings
• Maintain and update customer database and booking records
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
Requirements:
• 0–1 year of experience in sales or customer service (travel industry preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for travel and customer interaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
