Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage groups during trips, treks, and outdoor activities.
Coordinate with customers, drivers, homestays, hotels, and local guides.
Manage pickup points, attendance, headcounts, and trip schedules.
Explain trek routes, safety guidelines, and activity instructions to participants.
Ensure customers have a smooth, safe, and enjoyable trip experience.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and unexpected situations professionally.
Coordinate meals, accommodation, sightseeing, and other trip inclusions.
Share trip updates, photos, and videos with the operations team.
Submit trip reports and expense details after completing each trip.
Requirements:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Interest in travelling, trekking, and adventure activities.
Ability to manage groups and handle unexpected situations.
Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
Willingness to travel on weekends and work flexible hours.
Previous experience as a trip captain, trek lead, or tour coordinator is an advantage.
Basic first-aid knowledge is an added advantage.
