About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling international flight, hotel, and holiday bookings, preferably within a reputed travel company. This role requires strong knowledge of global destinations, ticketing systems, visa requirements, and the ability to deliver seamless travel solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international and domestic flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and related travel services.

• Provide end-to-end travel consultation to clients including itinerary planning, cost estimation, and travel advice.

• Assist clients with visa processing, travel insurance, and foreign exchange as required.

• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure best deals for clients.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.

• Keep updated with international travel regulations, airline policies, and destination guidelines.

• Handle travel documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Requirements

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.

• 1–4 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably in a travel agency or corporate travel company.

• Proven experience in international bookings (flights, hotels, packages).

• Strong knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance, and global travel regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Multilingual skills will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of corporate travel management.

• Experience in group travel and MICE bookings.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
