Manage end-to-end tour operations including hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, and documentation.
Coordinate with travel partners, agents, and vendors for seamless execution.
Prepare itineraries, quotations, and costing for tours.
Address customer queries and provide excellent travel assistance.
Maintain travel-related records and invoices.
Troubleshoot operational issues during tours.
Requirements
Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or related field.
Strong knowledge of domestic & international tour operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
