Handle inbound & outbound travel leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable destinations/packages

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets

Build customized travel plans in coordination with the Operations team

Upsell premium services such as luxury hotels, upgrades, and activities

Conduct regular follow-ups, address objections, and close deals efficiently

Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and sales progress

Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
