We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who can train, coach, and continuously upskill our sales team to improve conversion, productivity, and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in call center sales training, process implementation, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver sales training programs for new joiners and existing employees
Conduct product, process, and pitch training for SaaS-based solutions
Train advisors on call handling, objection management, negotiation, and closing techniques
Monitor live calls and provide real-time feedback and coaching
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective training plans
Prepare training materials, scripts, SOPs, FAQs, and assessments
Coordinate with operations, QA, and leadership teams to align training goals
Support employees under PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
Track and report training effectiveness and post-training performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer / Process Trainer (Call Center or Inside Sales preferred)
Strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, targets, and CRM systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate, mentor, and discipline teams when required
Experience in SaaS, legal services, fintech, or B2B sales is a plus
Strong analytical and coaching mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience training teams of 20+ sales advisors
Knowledge of dialers, dispositions, QA frameworks, and performance metrics
Ability to create structured onboarding and refresher programs
