Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new HoReCa (Hotel, restaurant and Catering) and trading clients in assigned micro-markets
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with decision-makers (chefs, procurement heads, purchase managers and owners)
Promote and sell our complete range of products
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain healthy order volumes from repeat clients
Provide product samples, pricing quotation, Product Catalogue and close deals effectively
Coordinate with logistics and cold chain delivery teams for timely dispatch
Track client feedback, service levels, and ensure high satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and customer data in CRM.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
0–3 years of B2B sales experience in HoReCa, FMCG, Food Distribution, or Hospitality sector
preferred Strong local market knowledge of Bangalore food zones
Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.
2 wheeler is mandatory along with driving license.
Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
Ability to manage field sales and visit targeted outlets per week Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp communication.
