Job Title: Trainee – Sales Executive(HoReCa and Trading Sales)

Location: Assigned Territory (Field-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • •                     Identify and onboard new HoReCa (Hotel, restaurant and Catering) and trading clients in assigned micro-markets

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with decision-makers (chefs, procurement heads, purchase managers and owners)

  • Promote and sell our complete range of products

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain healthy order volumes from repeat clients

  • Provide product samples, pricing quotation, Product Catalogue and close deals effectively

  • Coordinate with logistics and cold chain delivery teams for timely dispatch

  • Track client feedback, service levels, and ensure high satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and customer data in CRM.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)

  • 0–3 years of B2B sales experience in HoReCa, FMCG, Food Distribution, or Hospitality sector

  • preferred Strong local market knowledge of Bangalore food zones

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.

  • 2 wheeler is mandatory along with driving license.

  • Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.

  • Ability to manage field sales and visit targeted outlets per week Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp communication.
