Key Responsibilities:*- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs (domestic & international)- Create customized travel packages including flights, hotels, transfers, and tours - Handle bookings, cancellations, and changes - Coordinate with vendors and service providers - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa processes, and destinations - Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after trips - Achieve monthly sales targets*Requirements:*- Min. 1 year experience in travel industry (freshers with passion may apply) - Good communication & sales skills - Proficiency in MS Office and basic email handling - Strong problem-solving skills
