Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant with experience in B2C sales within the tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing customized travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for travel packages.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic/international holiday packages.
Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and package proposals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth booking and travel experience.
Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and tourism products.
Requirements:
Experience in B2C sales, preferably in travel/tourism industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.
Ability to handle sales targets and customer conversion.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred (optional).

Experience in holiday package sales.
Destination knowledge (Domestic & International).
Upselling and cross-selling abilities.
Good English and Hindi communication skills.
