Job Title: Travel Executive / Manager

Company: Rajadhiraj Tourism and Transport
Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives (based on skills, experience & interview performance)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Education: 12th Pass or above
Gender: Open to all
Skills Required: Basic Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, Good Convincing Skills


Job Summary:

Rajadhiraj Tourism and Transport is looking for a Travel Executive / Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing holiday tour packages. This includes planning, coordinating, and booking travel arrangements for clients while ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free travel experience. You will also handle client communication, vendor coordination, and maintain records of bookings and payments.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Understand client travel preferences and requirements.

  • Design personalized itineraries tailored to client needs.

  • Provide destination guidance, including cultures, customs, weather, and local activities.

  • Communicate regularly with clients and provide timely updates.

Tour Planning & Operations

  • Organize and manage complete tour packages including transport, accommodation, sightseeing, etc.

  • Make travel bookings (flights, hotels, activities, etc.) and manage client itineraries.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications.

  • Handle travel issues such as cancellations, complaints, and refunds professionally.

Destination & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and travel guidelines.

  • Build knowledge of both popular and niche travel destinations.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other vendors.

  • Negotiate competitive rates and ensure high-quality service delivery.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in travel or customer service.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a customer-first approach.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
