🎯 Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Tour & Travel Sales Executive who can handle customer inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and provide excellent travel solutions. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Convert leads into confirmed travel bookings
• Suggest customized tour packages (domestic & international)
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport services
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues

📚 Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations (Kedarnath, Badrinath, etc.)
• Sales & negotiation skills
• Customer handling and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Ability to work under targets

⭐ Preferred (Bonus Skills):
• Experience in travel industry or tele-sales
• Knowledge of flight/train bookings
• Familiarity with travel portals

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
